Adapted to needs

Although veterinary assistants appear to find fulfilment in their jobs, they are far less unanimous on the question of whether their training is adapted to their needs. A small majority of veterinary assistants surveyed think that their training was adequately adapted to their needs, but almost a third did not find that it was adapted.

It is clear from this that efforts must be made to adapt training to professional needs. However this is understandable as training for veterinary assistants is relatively new.
